Lifetime Warranty

Camponion® products are made of the highest quality materials and go through many testing phases so they will satisfy the gusto of the pickiest outdoor enthusiast. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with Camponion products; therefore, we offer a Lifetime Warranty on all of our products.

Lifetime is defined by the gear's lifetime, and it is measured not only by years but by how much it’s been used. Proper use, care, and safety protocols will significantly lengthen your gear’s lifespan, but there are elements out of your control that will contribute to the regular wear and tear of your gear, such as UV damage and various weather conditions. Depending on usage and other factors, solely Camponion will determine a specific product’s lifespan and if it is still covered by Lifetime Warranty.

Lifetime Warranty only covers defects in manufacturing, such as zippers, materials, buckles, and seams. 

Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

1. UV damage 

2. Regular wear and tear 

3. Alterations 

4. Misuse and improper care 

5. Accidents

6. Lost or stolen items

To qualify for a Lifetime Warranty, you must purchase your products directly from us or from our official partners AND register your product below within 10 days of the original purchase. 

To start a Warranty Claim for your registered product, please send us an email at support@camponion.com. Once approved, we will send you a WCN (Warranty Claim Number) and instructions on how to mail us the product for inspection. We will first attempt to fix your product if possible, otherwise, replace it. If replacement is unavailable, we will issue you a refund or a store credit, depending on your preference.

Warranty Claims can take up to 6 weeks to process.
